We need an adequate parking space approximately 3 car lengths, either a driveway, street outside home Or residential car park. We also need a power supply (single socket) within a 45m distance from your home.

12 is the maximum amount of children we can take on the pamper bus.

We cover most of the south east of England but please drop us a message today and we can confirm if we can make it to you. Enquiry Form

We cater From 3 years and upwards!

Yes both Chloe & Charlie and any staff involved with the business are fully DBS checked.

All deposits are non refundable. If you cancel with more than 7 days left of your event you will be refunded the remaining balance. If you cancel within 7 days or less, the full balance will still be due however we do always give you the opportunity to rearrange to another date.

We will always try to accommodate late guests and delay the party for them, however sometimes we are running on a tight schedule with other parties booked in. If this is the case we will start the party and the late guests will join when they arrive.
